Recurring SEO Consulting

In order to secure your objective of improving your search engine positioning and consequently receiving more site traffic, we suggest that clients do not just do the initial SEO consulting, but rather commit to recurring SEO consulting.

Review Hittail information and use the Hittail keyword phrases to recommend changes to site (either through the blog, the creation of additional pages or modification of keywords and/or existing page structure)
Review analytics and site stats to determine if changes to the site are required. .
Consult with client to create additional content for the site, this may include the development of a press release for submission through the appropriate on-line submission service
Provide data on current positioning of site
Submit Google sitemap to Google

Manage Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns

Google, Yahoo and MSN all offer pay-per-click advertising opportunities. Generally these allow you to ‘bid’ a certain amount of money for certain combinations of key words, for example, “natural dog products.” You can also set a maximum monthly budget. This is the most you are prepared to pay in any month. Once your spending reaches this level, your ads are not displayed until the next month. Pay-per-click ads appear on the same page as “natural” or “organic” search results, however they are normally distinct from these results. If someone clicks on your ad, you pay no more than your bid amount.

Pay-per-click advertising is very attractive because you do not pay unless someone clicks on your ad. It also provides a vast amount of information to help analyze the campaigns and create ever more successful adverts and key word combinations.

If you choose to take advantage of this service, we will manage your pay-per-click advertising account and provide detailed statistics for your review.

When you wish to start this service we will bill you for 3 times your monthly pay-per-click adverting budget. After we receive this retainer, we set up your account. After 3 months we will bill you for the actual advertising charges you incurred in the previous 3 months plus our management fee of $115 per hour on a time and materials basis. If you decide to stop using this service we will refund any unused budget deposit we hold on your behalf.
